  • Hands-on training on how to make pizza dough from scratch. Understanding the types of flour, yeast, and other ingredients. Techniques for kneading, resting, and fermenting dough.
  • Making different types of pizza sauces (tomato-based, white sauce, pesto, sun-dried tomato pesto). Understanding importance of sauce consistency and seasoning.
  • Selecting quality ingredients for toppings and learning to balance flavours and textures. 
  • Overview of pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, electric). Understanding the impact of temperature and baking time on pizza.
  • Pizza's you'll learn: Ortolana, Burrata al pesto, Margherita pizza, Wild Mushroom, Bianca, and more
