About the Course

Transform your passion for cooking into professional expertise with our 6-week Professional Culinary Arts course. From the fundamentals of food safety and kitchen hygiene to the secrets of global cuisines, this course is designed to give you a thorough grounding in the culinary world. Learn how to balance flavors, master knife skills, and cook a variety of dishes that span from soups and salads to regional specialties from France, Italy, Mexico, the Mediterranean, India, Thailand, and China. You’ll also dive into the principles of meat cookery, including poultry, goat, seafood, and shellfish, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of classic and modern techniques.

Course starts on July 07 and ends on August 16th. Classes will be conducted from Monday through Friday starting at 9:30 AM until 3:00 PM.

The course includes printed recipes, chef uniform, knife kit and certificate of completion.
