6 Weeks Professional Baking & Pastry Arts Course

About the Course

Designed for aspiring bakers and pastry chefs, this 6-week intensive program dives deep into the world of professional baking and pastry arts. You’ll build a solid foundation in everything from rustic café-style breads to elegant European tortes and delicate entremets. Explore the science of gluten-free baking, the art of Viennoiserie, and the secrets of perfectly baked pies and tarts. Learn the intricacies of chocolate work, choux pastry, meringues, macarons, and the basics of fondant and flower making. By the end, you’ll have the confidence and skills to create professional-level pastries, plated desserts, and baked goods.

Course starts on July 07 and ends on August 16th. Classes will be conducted from Monday through Friday starting at 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

The course includes printed recipes, chef uniform, baking kit and certificate of completion.
