General Policy

• All purchases of perishable goods (ingredients, hampers, or related consumables) are final sale. Returns or refunds are not accepted.

Refund / Cancellation Policy for Masterclasses (Duration less than 30 days):

This includes single-day workshops, 3-day intensives, and 2-week modules.

• NO REFUNDS will be processed once registration is confirmed.

• Registration is considered confirmed once the payment is successfully transferred.

• In case of a genuine emergency, participants may request to transfer their registration to another class within 30 days.
• If the transferred class is not availed within the 30-day period, the registration lapses and no further adjustments are possible.

Refund / Cancellation Policy for courses greater than 30 days (including 6 Week Courses):

– For withdrawal from the course, an official request has to be handed to the Earthy Gourmet in writing stating reasons for the same.

The proportion of Course Fees Refund is shown as follows:

– NO REFUND shall be given if an applicant declares withdrawal LESS THAN 30 working days from the course commencement.
– If an applicant gives MORE THAN 30 working days notice prior to the commencement date of the course, they will be eligible to a refund of the amount remitted after deducting the applicable cancellation charge of 25% of the booking amount.
– All refunds will be made only in the name of the account from which the money was received.

Important Notes

• Registration is non-transferable to another individual.
• Earthy Gourmet reserves the right to make final decisions on refund requests, subject to the above terms.
