WHY MOST HOME BAKERS STAY STUCK
Built for Working Professionals — Because Weekdays Aren't an Option
The Weekend Bakery Bootcamp at Earthy Gourmet Institute of Culinary & Pastry Arts, Gurgaon is built to those who are passionate about baking. Every session is on a Saturday, 11 AM to 4 PM — five focused hours that fit between your Friday-night unwind and your Sunday plans. You don't take leave. You don't rearrange your life. You show up, you bake, you take home what you made, and you walk out with technique you can repeat in your own kitchen on Sunday.
You'll bake everything yourself. With a cap of eight students per batch, there are no spectator chairs. Every recipe is demonstrated by Chef Deepali, then executed by you at your own station — with ingredients, equipment, tools, and an apron provided. By the time you leave, you've put your hands on every step.
Your 8-Saturday Curriculum
A logical progression — short-form bakes first, building to enriched doughs and assembled desserts by Week 8. You can sign up for any individual Saturday, or commit to the full eight and save.
13 June — Cookies & Bars
Master the foundation: creaming, mixing methods, baking science of fats and sugars.
You'll bake: Chocolate Chip Cookies · Dark Chocolate Cookies · Classic Shortbread · Lemon Bars · Fudgy Brownies.
20 June - Muffins & Cupcakes
27 June - Classic Tea Cakes
04 July - Basic Breads
Yeast, gluten, and the first time your kitchen will smell like a real bakery.
You'll bake: Burger Buns · Sandwich Bread (sliceable, soft crumb) · Focaccia (with rosemary, sea salt, olive oil).
11 July - Healthy Breads
18 July - Cheesecakes
25 July — Dessert in a Tub
01 August — Café-Style Breads
Who is This Course For
Built for two kinds of bakers
The Career-Switch Aspirant
You've thought about leaving the corporate desk to start a home bakery, a cloud kitchen, or a small café. Before you quit, you need to know whether you can actually produce — consistently, at quality, under pressure. Eight Saturdays of supervised, hands-on production is a low-risk, high-clarity way to find out. Students who go on to a longer professional pathway can apply this program's certificate-of-completion towards future enrolments at Earthy Gourmet (applicable on selected courses — speak to our team).
The Working Hobby Baker
You bake on weekends already. Your family loves what comes out of your oven. But you're tired of YouTube tutorials that skip the part where it actually goes wrong, recipes that don't account for Indian flour or humidity, and a vague feeling that you're guessing more than you're cooking. This bootcamp gives you the why behind every technique — so you stop guessing and start engineering your bakes.

What time do classes run on Saturdays?
