Student Coordinator
You are the face and voice of Earthy Gourmet for every prospective student. From the first enquiry to enrolment, you guide people through their decision to join a class or programme — answering questions, building trust, and converting genuine interest into confirmed admissions. This is a target-driven, people-first role ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is highly organised, and communicates warmly and clearly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Respond to inbound enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, email, website forms and social media promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to leads, follow up consistently, and nurture prospects until they enrol
- Explain course content, schedules, fees and payment options with confidence and accuracy
- Book, confirm and manage walk-in appointments and studio visits
- Maintain the lead database / CRM — log every interaction and keep records up to date
- Coordinate with chefs and the marketing team on class schedules, seat availability and promotions
- Handle post-enrolment communication: reminders, confirmations, feedback and re-enrolment
- Meet and exceed monthly enrolment, conversion and engagement targets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years in sales, tele-calling, counselling, front-desk or customer service (education/hospitality a plus)
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi; a persuasive, friendly phone manner
- Strong organisation and follow-up discipline — you don’t let leads go cold
- Comfort with WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets and basic CRM tools
- A target-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in food, cooking and learning

Pastry Chef — Masterclass Instructor
We’re looking for an accomplished pastry chef to lead hands-on masterclasses at Earthy Gourmet. You’ll teach everything from sour dough and entremets to chocolates, tarts and viennoiserie to a mix of hobby bakers, home entrepreneurs and aspiring professionals. This is a teaching role for someone who loves their craft and loves sharing it — clear, patient and inspiring in front of a class. Sessions are scheduled around your availability, making it ideal as a flexible engagement alongside your existing work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver structured pastry and baking masterclasses for beginner to advanced levels
- Develop reliable, well-tested, scalable recipes and clear step-by-step demonstrations
- Teach core techniques — doughs, laminations, creams, tempering, plating and finishing
- Guide students hands-on, troubleshoot their mistakes and build their confidence
- Prepare ingredient lists, mise en place and equipment requirements before each session
- Uphold strict food-safety, hygiene and kitchen-safety standards throughout
- Collaborate with the content team to capture classes for social media where required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Professional pastry experience in a bakery, patisserie, hotel or reputed kitchen
- A strong repertoire across breads, cakes, desserts, chocolate and plated pastry
- Formal culinary/pastry training preferred; a diploma or certification is a plus
- Confident presentation skills and the patience to teach mixed-ability groups
- Reliability, punctuality and a spotless approach to hygiene

Pan-Asian Cuisine Chef — Masterclass Instructor
Bring the flavours of Asia to our students. We’re seeking a skilled chef with genuine command of Pan-Asian cooking — think Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and beyond — to lead lively, authentic masterclasses. You’ll demystify sauces, aromatics, wok technique and regional dishes for home cooks and aspiring professionals. This is a flexible teaching engagement, with sessions scheduled around your availability or a full time job.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver Pan-Asian masterclasses across multiple regional cuisines
- Curate authentic, achievable menus and clearly explain ingredients and substitutes available in India
- Teach knife skills, wok technique, stir-frying, steaming, broths, sauces and plating
- Demonstrate dishes step by step and guide students hands-on through each recipe
- Prepare ingredient lists, mise en place and equipment needs ahead of each class
- Uphold strict food-safety, hygiene and kitchen-safety standards throughout
- Work with the content team to capture sessions for social media where required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Professional experience cooking Pan-Asian or specific Asian cuisines in a restaurant, hotel or reputed kitchen
- Depth across at least two or three Asian cuisines, with authentic technique and flavour
- Formal culinary training preferred; a diploma or certification is a plus
- Confident presentation skills and patience with mixed-ability groups

Content Creator
Tell the Earthy Gourmet story and make people hungry to learn with us. You’ll own the creation of scroll-stopping photo, and video content that grows our audience, builds the brand and fills our classes. This is a hands-on maker’s role for someone who can shoot, and edit — equally comfortable behind the camera in a busy kitchen and at the keyboard crafting a caption.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Shoot and edit reels, short-form video and photography of classes, recipes and events
- Write engaging captions in the brand voice
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and more
- Collaborate with chefs to capture masterclasses, dishes and behind-the-scenes moments
- Stay on top of food and social-media trends, formats and audio to keep content fresh
- Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, enquiries) and refine what works
- Support paid campaigns, promotions and admissions drives with timely creative
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years creating content for a brand, creator or agency (food/hospitality a strong plus)
- A portfolio of reels, photos or campaigns you can show us
- Hands-on skill with mobile and/or DSLR shooting and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, Canva, FCP)
- Sharp writing in English
- An eye for food styling, framing and light, plus a self-starting, deadline-driven attitude
