About the Course

Our Summer Baking Bootcamp for Kids is designed to introduce young bakers to the world of baking in a creative, structured, and hands-on environment. Over five engaging days, students will explore different baking categories—from cookies and brownies to breads and café-style desserts—while learning essential kitchen skills, baking science basics, and presentation techniques. Each session is interactive and age-appropriate, encouraging creativity, confidence, and teamwork in the kitchen. Perfect for children who love baking or want to build a new skill during the summer break.

You’ll Learn

• Kitchen safety, hygiene, and essential baking skills tailored for kids.

• How to safely use kitchen tools and baking equipment.

• Basic baking techniques including mixing, measuring, and frosting.

• Fundamentals and Baking Science of breads, cakes, cookies, and desserts.

• Fun ways to plate and present dishes with confidence and creativity.

• Teamwork, independence, and a love for good food in a friendly atmosphere.

Guidelines

• Open to children aged 10–15, with no prior cooking experience needed.

• All ingredients, tools, and recipes will be provided—just bring curiosity and a big smile!

• Kids should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for safety.

• Parents are requested to inform the team about any food allergies in advance.

• A parent showcase concluding the bootcamp celebrates their creativity and new skills!
